Therapeutic Divorce Mediation

Date:  TBD

The task of divorce and separation is a unique challenge. Each party brings personal and interpersonal understanding and skills that might or might not match up well with the challenge.   When understanding and skills do not match up with the task, parties have personal or interpersonal struggles. Social Workers, Therapists and Mediators can help.   Knowing how to help can increase the likelihood of settlement and save the parties money. It can also increase the likelihood of a cooperative post separation parenting relationship.  This training will provide the participant with a theoretical framework, problem identification tools and practical interventions.
