Gary Marsh, L.M.S.W., A.C.S.W.

Mediator and owner of the Ann Arbor Mediation Center, Gary Marsh is a Licensed Master of Social Work in the State of Michigan.  He received his Masters in Social Work from Wayne State University. Gary is a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers and a Practitioner Member of the Family Section of the Association for Conflict Resolution. He has extensive experience as a mediator, therapist and trainer. Gary began his mediation practice in 1984.

Pam Raj, L.M.S.W., CAADC

Pam Raj obtained a Masters Degree in Social Work in 2013. She has a Clinical License in the State of Michigan as a Master’s Social Worker. She is a therapist who has worked with co-occurring disorders involving mental health and substance abuse. Her overall therapeutic approach combines a humanistic approach, cognitive behavior, solution focused, stages of change and emphasizes self-care. She has worked in a variety of venues including Wayne County Circuit Court in Family Mediation. Raj is trained as a mediator and joined the Ann Arbor Mediation Center in 2018.

Mediators Amanda Marsh, L.C.S.W., C.C.M

Dr. Amanda Marsh, L.C.S.W., C.C.M.

Amanda is a mediator at AA Mediation Center. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Colorado. She received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Michigan and completed a postgraduate fellowship with Yale University and the West Haven Veteran’s Hospital. Amanda completed a 40-hour civil mediation training in 2009 and a domestic mediation trainings in 2010. Amanda completed a Doctorate in Social Work through the Rutgers University School of Social Work and is the VP of the National Association of Social Workers Colorado chapter.

Dale Simmerman, L.M.S.W., A.C.S.W.

Dale Simmerman received his Masters in Social Work from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers, a Practitioner Member of the Family Section of the Association for Conflict Resolution, and a Licensed Masters of Social Work in the State of Michigan. He is also a certified Imago Relationship Therapist and combines his extensive experience as a couples counselor with his training as a mediator.

Siri Gottlieb, JD, LMSW

Siri has enjoyed practicing mediation for 24 years. Siri practiced law for 14 years before returning to graduate school for a Masters of Social Work degree. Siri has been in the private practice of divorce mediation, divorce coaching, parenting coordination, and psychotherapy since 1994.
Siri brings a wealth of experience in the fields of law and mental health to consulting with parents, kids and families to meet the challenges of divorce and co-parenting. Siri’s foremost commitment is to help moms and dads be the best parents they can be, and to promote the best interests of the children.
Siri has mediated disputes over the usual issues of parenting time, child support, spousal support and property division, and also more unusual disputes around grandparenting time, pet custody, managing religious differences, same-sex relationships, parental re-location out of state or country, taking children hunting, flying, hot air ballooning, stepfamily issues, and family inheritance issues, to name a few.
Siri is a frequent presenter both in my community and at national conferences, and has been published in various state and national journals, on the topics of negotiation, mediation and mental health issues in the resolution of disputes. Siri is the Past-President of the Collaborative Practice Institute of Michigan and a former board member of the statewide mediators’ organization.
